Meeting Kirthana is a life-changing experience for me. I had struggled with my weight and body image in this pandemic before I met her and she really helped put things in perspective for me.

From not walking a kilometer to running long distances” – This line summarizes my running journey so far. The biggest enabler in the change is Dr. Kirthana Sindhe and the Running Genes(RG) community run by her.

The Pandemic forced me to look for alternatives to gyming and with a lot of hesitation I chose to enroll myself into a running club and that’s where I got to know about RG. Since joining RG, I have explored another side of my body and mind. What I always thought was impossible for my body is now achievable. Thanks to Dr. Kirthana who has been very instrumental in taking my mindset to the level where the belief of achieving new feats got ignited and as I continue to push me to explore never before experience. Would really express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kirthana and RG for helping me discover the new me. Kirthana’s focus and drive towards fitness and other aspects of well-being are commendable.
